Responsibilities
- Property Sourcing: Identify and source potential properties (for purchase or lease) through various channels, including online listings, property agents, networking, and market research.
- Needs Analysis: Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand property requirements, including location, size, budget, and specific features.
- Property Evaluation: Conduct thorough evaluations of potential properties, including site visits, assessments of property condition, and due diligence.
- Negotiation: Negotiate terms and conditions with property owners or agents to secure the most favourable agreements, including purchase prices, lease terms, and other contractual details.
