Marc Daniels is currently partnering with a fast-growing manufacturing business seeking an organised and detail-driven Sales Order Executive to join its Finance team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with internal stakeholders, managing order processes, and supporting accounts receivable activities across EMEA regions.

The Sales Order Executive will be responsible for accurate sales order processing, commercial checks, invoice creation, and supporting the wider accounts receivable function. You'll act as a key point of contact for internal teams and external customers, ensuring smooth order flow and timely payment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process and enter sales orders accurately and within agreed timeframes.
  • Work closely with Operations and Sales teams to resolve order-related queries.
  • Maintain and update order entry spreadsheets for business reporting.
  • Raise advance customer invoices.
  • Proactively chase customer payments.
  • Generate customer statements and support invoice query resolution.
  • Assist the Order Entry Team Lead with day-to-day order processing tasks.
