This is a confidential search for a motivated individual to drive accurate accounting, reporting, and business partnering across major client portfolios.

Role Summary

Play a key part in the end-to-end accounting and reporting cycle for international licensing programmes.
Ensure financial accuracy, analytical insight, and stakeholder management to deliver timely, compliant royalty reporting.
Gain commercial exposure and enjoy genuine opportunities for long-term professional development. Key Responsibilities

Assist with collecting, reviewing, and processingreports and sales projections , ensuring compliance with contract terms and precise invoicing.
Manage client reporting, invoicing, and remittance, collaborating cross-functionally to resolve queries and support receivables.
Reconcile reports, validate commitments, and support audits with key documentation and analysis.
Post month-end journals, including revenue, accruals, reserves, and provision adjustments, and prepare monthly management reporting packs.
Contribute to quarterly forecasts, ad-hoc revenue and cash flow analysis, and automation initiatives within the finance team. What You\’ll Bring

Solid grounding in accounting principles, including revenue recognition and reconciliation techniques.
Advanced Excel (PivotTables, SUMIFS, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and ability to translate financial data for non-finance stakeholders. (Knowledge of Macros is beneficial)
Royalty experience is beneficial, but it is not essential
Outstanding accuracy, organisational skills, and the ability to prioritise in a high-pressure environment.
