Marc Daniels is currently partnering with a fast-growing manufacturing business seeking an organised and details‐driven Sales Order Executive to join its Finance team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with internal stakeholders, managing order processes, and supporting accounts receivable activities across EMEA regions.
The Sales Order Executive will be responsible for:
- Accurate sales order processing
- Commercial checks
- Invoice creation
- Supporting the wider accounts receivable function
Key responsibilities include:
- Process and enter sales orders accurately and within agreed timeframes
- Work closely with Operations and Sales teams to resolve order‐related queries
- Maintain and update order entry spreadsheets for business reporting
- Assist the Order Entry Team Lead with day‐to‐day order processing tasks
High level of computer literacy is required. French or German language skills are an advantage.
