Graduate Accountant
West London (Hybrid) | Study Support Provided
An excellent opportunity for a recent Accounting, Finance or Business graduate looking to accelerate their career within a large, international organisation. This role offers exposure to management accounts, reporting, analysis and commercial finance whilst providing full training and study support towards a professional qualification alongside genuine opportunities for rapid progression.
Reporting to the Finance Manager, you will support a multi-site finance function, gaining valuable experience in a fast-paced operational environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with weekly and monthly financial reporting
- Prepare payroll reconciliations and labour cost analysis
- Support month-end processes, including journals, accruals and prepayments
- Analyse financial performance and investigate variances
- Review supplier invoices and resolve finance queries
- Support forecasting and budgeting activities
- Assist with asset verification and finance projects
- Work closely with Finance Analysts and operational stakeholders across multiple locations
About You
- Degree educated in Accounting, Finance or a related subject
- Strong analytical and numerical skills
- Good Excel skills and confidence working with data
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
- Organised, proactive and able to meet deadlines
- Ambitious, eager to learn and keen to develop a career in finance
