A role has arisen for a Financial Planning Analyst to join a company based in West Drayton, this role is mostly remote with occasional visit to the office. Responsibilities: · Support the Ho FP&A and Reporting with the Group budget and forecasting processes from end to end · Prepare the consolidated IFM Group budget, forecasting and company reporting packs · Preparation of weekly consolidated forecasts based on inputs from business partners · Collaborate with the Ho FP&A and Reporting to understand the drivers of financial performance · Deliver concise and succinct financial summaries to help influence decision making · Monitor and communicate Group KPI trends, risks and opportunities · Undertake working capital reviews, in particular timeliness of cash collection and appropriateness of accruals and provisions · Ad-hoc finance duties including supporting the implementation and testing of new processes, systems and controls as well as central reporting · Prepare high quality and timely Group reporting on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis · Assist the Ho FP&A and Reporting with divisional reporting consolidation for Group review · Assist the Ho FP&A and Reporting with MIS and Hyperion submissions analysis · Assist the Ho FP&A and Reporting with preparation of various presentations · Model and formulate meaningful reports through various complicated excel …
