We are currently looking for a Finance Analyst to join a growing hospitality business based in Harrow. This role would be a 9-month fixed term contract role within a supportive business.

Responsibilities include:

  • Financial modelling, investment opportunities and potential acquisitions
  • P&L, balance sheet and cashflow
  • Monitor and support monthly/quarterly/annual period end close processes
  • Develop, monitor and communicate key performance indicators (weekly, monthly, quarterly)
  • Business partnering with Operational teams
  • Analytical and commercial support to financial decision-making processes
  • Deliver and manage annual planning timetable, and engagement of wider finance teams
  • Build the assumptions documents for Budgets, Forecasts and Business Plans, ensuring assumptions are rigorously tested and align across functions
  • Work with Commercial finance teams to produce standardised outputs that effectively communicate key messages in forecasts and budget, including drivers of movements on comparatives
  • Present to the Senior leadership team the key variances to budget
  • Support in any ad-hoc responsibilities

Requirements:

  • Part Qualified or Equivalent
  • Preferably familiar with Retail or Hospitality sectors
  • Business partnering experience to share appropriate information and coordinate activities
