Senior Management Accountant in City of London, London

A leading company based in Central London is seeking a proactive Management Accountant to support ambitious growth. This role is perfectly suited to professionals who have experience with preperation of monthly management accounts with regarding franchises. Key Responsibilities Prepare, consolidate, and analyse management accounts for a diverse portfolio of franchise sites ensuring robust and timely reporting to stakeholders. Deliver clear variance analysis and insightful commentary, communicating franchise performance across financial and operational metrics. Partner with franchise owners to set and monitor budgets, manage cash flow, and advise on cost control and profitability levers. Support the onboarding of new franchisees, providing financial due diligence and tools for successful setup. Standardise processes and reporting across the network to ensure accuracy, compliance, and ease of consolidation. Assist with audit preparation, tax returns, and regulatory obligations relevant to franchise operations. Work collaboratively with central and local operational teams to implement best practices and support continued expansion. Key Requirements Qualified or part-qualified (CIMA, ACCA, ACA, or equivalent) with experience supporting multi-site, hospitality, or franchise businesses. Commercially astute, with proven analytical skills and a track record of providing value-adding insight in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally with both finance and non-finance colleagues.
