Job Description
We are working with a well known market leading company based in Hounslow who are recruiting for a Finance Assistant to join their finance team. The role will be a 6 month FTC hence we will be looking for candidates who are available immediately. The role will consist of processing invoices and bookkeeping.\\n\\nResponsibilities:\\n\\nProcessing invoices (Accounts Payable) \\nPerforming weekly payment runs\\nReconciling supplier statements and answering supplier queries\\nLiaising with suppliers and internal colleagues to ensure invoices are directed to relevant parties for approval\\nUploading invoices onto our ledger system\\nAllocating payments against invoices\\nProcessing company credit card and personal expense claims and clearing down control account(s)\\nPreparing or assisting in preparing various additional reports when requiredSkills needed:\\n\\nHave experience in a similar role \\nStrong attention to detail \\nStrong Excel skills \\nAbility to meet deadlinesBy applying you will be registered as a candidate with Marc Daniels Specialist Recruitment Limited.
