Marc Daniels are recruiting for an exciting Senior Financial Reporting & Compliance Analyst opportunity with a prestigious, fast-paced organisation based in Oxfordshire.
This is a unique opportunity for an ambitious finance professional to join a specialist team, working across financial reporting, regulatory compliance, forecasting and audit, with exposure to senior stakeholders.
Key responsibilities:
- Prepare accurate financial and regulatory submissions
- Produce monthly actuals and compliance reporting
- Analyse financial data to ensure regulatory compliance
- Support external audits, including preparation of working papers
- Partner with Finance teams on budgets and forecasts
- Prepare technical papers and interpret financial regulations
- Support senior leadership with analysis and ad-hoc reporting
- Monitor changes to relevant accounting and regulatory requirements
The ideal candidate:
- ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified, part-qualified or actively studying
- Experience within financial reporting, audit, compliance or a complex finance environment
- Strong Excel and data analysis skills
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work to tight deadlines
- Knowledge of FRS 102 / UK GAAP would be advantageous
Previous experience within a regulated or similarly complex environment would be beneficial but is not essential.
