This role is ideal for candidates from industry or Transaction Services / Corporate Finance who want to apply advanced analytical skills — including DCF modelling, M&A analysis, and deal evaluation — in a fast‑moving commercial environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain DCF models to assess new product launches, pricing strategies, and long‑term commercial initiatives.
- Support M&A activity, including financial modelling, synergy analysis, valuation work, and integration planning.
- Evaluate investment cases, business opportunities, and strategic projects using robust commercial and financial analysis.
- Partner with senior stakeholders to influence pricing, margin optimisation, and commercial decision‑making.
- Deliver insight on trends, risks, and opportunities to support executive‑level strategy.
- Enhance reporting, forecasting, and commercial analytics frameworks.
About You
- Strong financial modelling capability, including DCF, scenario modelling, and sensitivity analysis.
- Experience in transaction services (FDD, valuations, modelling) or an analytical finance role within industry.
- Exposure to M&A, deal analysis, or investment appraisal is highly advantageous.
- Confident communicator able to challenge assumptions and present insight to senior leaders.
- Commercially curious, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment.
