We are partnering with a high-growth, B2B SaaS organisation to appoint an Interim Director of Revenue Operations. This is a senior, business-critical role supporting a commercial leadership team during a key phase of scale, transformation, and operational maturity.

  • Drive the commercial function and provide commercial insights to the business.
  • Own forecasting, pipeline management, reporting, and performance insights for senior stakeholders.
  • Oversee CRM and revenue tech stack optimisation (e.g. Salesforce and complementary tools).
  • Support commercial planning, territory design, capacity modelling, and quota setting.
  • Proven experience as a RevOps Director / Head of Revenue Operations within SaaS.
  • Deep expertise across revenue forecasting, CRM strategy, reporting, and analytics.
