Marc Daniels Specialist Recruitment is partnering with a market-leading PE group to appoint a Head of Group Financial Reporting. You will lead a qualified group finance team, ensuring IFRS compliance, robust financial controls, and timely statutory and non-statutory reporting for the Group.
You will manage the annual report, group annual accounts, and the interims/periodical reporting processes, while leading the external audit and coordinating with the Audit Committee and Board.
