We're working with ahigh profile, international organisation to recruit a Group Finance Manager to join their EMEA Controllership Team. This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a visible leadership role, supporting global operations and shaping financial excellence across multiple jurisdictions.

The Role:

As Group Finance Manager, you will:

-Oversee the month-end close process for 10 central legal entities

-Lead and develop a team of 3 finance professionals

-Manage statutory reporting under UK GAAP (FRS 102)

-Ensure audit readiness and SOX compliance

-Collaborate with finance teams across EMEA and the US

What You’ll Bring:

ACA qualified (or equivalent) with 3+ years PQE

Deep knowledge of US GAAP, SOX controls, and UK GAAP

Strong background in managing audits and statutory accounts

Demonstrated leadership in a fast-paced environment

Proactive, process-driven mindset with excellent attention to detail
