Global Payroll Transformation Lead on a
12-month fixed-term contract .
This is an excellent opportunity for a payroll professional with strong transformation experience to lead process improvement, support system changes and drive operational excellence across a complex global payroll environment.
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading payroll transformation activity across multiple regions, working closely with HR, Finance, Technology and external payroll providers to improve processes, enhance controls and support the successful delivery of change.
Key responsibilities
- Lead global payroll transformation projects across multiple countries and entities.
- Review current payroll processes and identify opportunities for improvement, automation and standardisation.
- Support payroll system changes, implementation and optimization.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders and external providers to ensure smooth delivery.
- Improve controls, governance and reporting across global payroll operations.
- Ensure payroll processes remain compliant with local legislation and business requirements.
- Act as a key point of contact for payroll-related transformation activity.
- What we are looking for
- Strong experience in global payroll, ideally in a transformation or change-led role.
- Experience working across international regions such as
EMEA, Europe and LATAM.
- Good understanding of payroll operations, controls, and compliance.
- Exposure to payroll systems, process improvement, and project delivery.
- Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to influence at all levels.
- Confident working in a fast-paced, global environment.
- Available to start on a 12-month FTC basis with a possibility to go permanent
