A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an FP&A Analyst to join a fast-growing Property & Construction business based in Central London. This role offers excellent hybrid working options and exceptional progression opportunities. You’ll be part of a high-impact team at the heart of our strategic investment decisions. Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage strategic FP&A projects from initiation through to execution and review.
- Develop and present robust financial models and forecasts to support high-impact business decisions.
- Build and maintain cost models and performance dashboards to drive transparency and efficiency.
- Collaborate across departments to align financial planning with technology and business priorities.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities, manage risks, and deliver clear, actionable insights.
- Help shape budgeting and forecasting processes with a data-driven, results-oriented mindset.
