A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an FP&A Analyst to join a fast-growing Property & Construction business based in Central London. This role offers excellent hybrid working options and exceptional progression opportunities. You’ll be part of a high-impact team at the heart of our strategic investment decisions. This role would suit an experienced financial modeller, with previous cost control and FP&A experience currently working in a property & construction environment where there is a strong focus on complex operational teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage strategic FP&A projects from initiation through to execution and review.
  • Develop and present robust financial models and forecasts to support high-impact business decisions.
  • Build and maintain cost models and performance dashboards to drive transparency and efficiency.
  • Collaborate across departments to align financial planning with technology and business priorities.
  • Identify cost-saving opportunities, manage risks, and deliver clear, actionable insights.
  • Help shape budgeting and forecasting processes with a data-driven, results-oriented mindset.
