Key Responsibilities: Lead finance transformation initiatives aimed at optimizing financial systems, processes, and reporting. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, business operations, and senior leadership to design and implement digital solutions for finance. Analyse financial data and identify areas for improvement in processes, technology adoption, and operational performance. Oversee the implementation of new financial systems and technologies, ensuring smooth integration with existing platforms. Manage stakeholders across departments to ensure alignment and effective execution of transformation projects. Provide guidance and mentorship to finance teams on new processes and technologies. Drive continuous improvement through data-driven decision-making and innovative solutions. Qualifications: Qualified ACCA / ACMA / ACA finance professional Proven experience in a finance transformation or similar role, with a strong understanding of finance processes, systems, and technologies. Strong project management skills, with a track record of delivering finance transformation projects on time and within budget. Knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) and financial reporting tools. Experience in change management and stakeholder engagement. Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to lead data-driven initiatives. Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
