We are partnering with a high-growth, B2B SaaS organisation to appoint an Interim Director of Revenue Operations. This is a senior, business-critical role supporting a commercial leadership team during a key phase of scale, transformation, and operational maturity.

The successful candidate will take ownership of the end-to-end revenue engine, aligning Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance to drive predictable growth, improved forecasting accuracy, and operational efficiency.

  • Lead and optimise the full RevOps function across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success
  • Drive the commercial function and provide commercial insights to the business
  • Own forecasting, pipeline management, reporting, and performance insights for senior stakeholders
  • Partner closely with CRO, CFO, and functional leaders to support strategic decision-making
  • Diagnose operational bottlenecks and implement pragmatic, high-impact improvements at pace
  • Oversee CRM and revenue tech stack optimisation (e.g. Salesforce and complementary tools)
  • Support commercial planning, territory design, capacity modelling, and quota setting
  • Bring clarity and structure during a period of growth, change, or transition

Candidate Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a RevOps Director / Head of Revenue Operations within SaaS
  • Deep expertise across revenue forecasting, CRM strategy, reporting, and analytics
  • Confidence working at C-suite level and influencing senior stakeholders
  • Hands-on capability combined with strategic oversight
