Working closely with a dynamic and highly regarded Finance Director, you will play a key role in leading the financial reporting function, ensuring accurate reporting, strong financial controls and compliance across the business.

Responsibilities Lead the monthly, quarterly and annual financial reporting processes.
Prepare and review statutory accounts.
Manage the year-end audit and external auditor relationships.
Ensure compliance with IFRS and UK GAAP.
Drive improvements to financial reporting processes and controls.
Support key business and strategic initiatives.
Lead and develop a small finance team.
Partner with senior stakeholders across the organisation.
Requirements ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualification is essential.
You will also have: Strong financial reporting and technical accounting experience.
Experience within a medium to large business environment.
Previous people management experience.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
