Marc Daniels Specialist Recruitment is partnering with a manufacturing business based in Maidenhead to recruit a Finance Business Partner into its finance team. This is a commercially focused role where you will work closely with operational and senior stakeholders to provide clear financial insight, support decision-making, and help drive performance across the business.
You will be responsible for:
- Acting as a trusted finance partner to operational teams.
- Providing analysis, insight, and commentary on business performance.
- Supporting budgeting, forecasting, and planning activities.
- Reviewing costs, margins, and key variances.
- Preparing financial reports for management review.
- Working with stakeholders to improve processes and support growth.
