The role:
* Execute all payroll processes in accordance with defined Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), ensuring full compliance and accuracy.
* Maintain service delivery within agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
* Accurately collate, verify, and process employee information into the Dayforce payroll system.
* Calculate pay period changes, ensuring alignment with HMRC guidelines and contractual obligations.
* Check payroll data for accuracy and completeness, including information received from the T&A system, to ensure employees are paid correctly and on time.
* Serve as the first point of contact for payroll-related queries, resolving issues efficiently and professionally within agreed timeframes.
* Provide guidance and support to internal stakeholders on payroll and HR system usage.
* Proactively identify and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within payroll processes to drive efficiency, accuracy, and service excellence.
* Support the administration of employee benefits.
