A market leading business are recruiting a Fully Remote Project Manager to join their growing team!

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic and rapidly growing business and oversee projects within the company from due diligence through to completion and smoothly handing over to a post-completion integration team.

Responsibilities:

  1. Project Planning and Execution:
    • Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
    • Define project milestones, deliverables, and success criteria.
    • Manage project execution, ensuring adherence to project plans and deadlines.
    • Proactively identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
    • Utilize project management tools and methodologies to track progress and ensure transparency.
  2. Remote Team Management:
    • Lead and motivate remote project teams, fostering a collaborative and productive environment.
    • Conduct regular virtual meetings and status updates.
    • Provide clear direction and support to team members.
    • Resolve conflicts and ensure team cohesion.
  3. Stakeholder Management:
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
    • Communicate project status and updates to stakeholders regularly.
    • Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure alignment on project goals.
  4. Budget and Resource Management:
    • Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness.
    • Track project expenses and ensure adherence to budget constraints.
  5. Process Improvement:
    • Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains.
    • Implement best practices and methodologies to enhance project management processes.
    • Document and share lessons learned to improve future projects.
    • Contribute to the refinement of remote work workflows.
  6. Documentation and Reporting:
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation.
    • Generate regular project status reports and dashboards.
