A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Finance Manager to join a fast growing Manufacturing business. This role offers remote working options (2 days a month in the office) and significant exposure to senior stakeholders across the business.
Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of 3.
- Prepare monthly management accounts for UK and EU divisions.
- Prepare monthly consolidation of European companies across multiple divisions for both local and group reporting.
- Oversee the preparation of monthly project costing, recharges and comparison to budget with variance analysis.
- Prepare weekly cashflows for subsidiaries.
- Prepare monthly reporting packs and balance sheet including accrual and prepayments.
- Prepare VAT returns.
- Assisting in annual audit process.
- Reporting on inventory, including tracking qualities, values and locations.
- Prepare budgets and forecasts.
- Provide analysis on cost centres.
- Ensuring compliance with financial internal controls and policies are maintained across the board.
- Identifying and driving process improvements, including the creation of standard and ad-hoc reports.
Requirements:
- Qualified accountant ACCA / ACA / CIMA.
- Previous experience of managing a team.
- Previous experience of Inventory reporting.
- Advanced Excel and experience of using ERP systems.
- A minimum of 3-5 years' experience of managing full production of management accounts in fast growing companies.
