REMOTE TEMPORARY ROLE! We're looking for a talented and self-driven Business Analyst experienced working with Global HR projects involving multiple countries & regions. Strong analytical & problem-solving skills are needed along with prior knowledge of Workday or similar HRIS systems to join this fast-paced global company. This is a project-based role, looking for an immediate start and with an expected duration of 4 x months initially, offering a competitive day rate.

Responsibilities:

  • Collect and consolidate data from various countries regarding current allowances and one-time payment practices
  • Analyse existing processes and identify areas for improvement and standardization
  • Create comprehensive documentation of current state processes
  • Collect and analyse data on transaction volumes, processing times, and error rates
  • Create baseline reports to support future benefit realization assessments
  • Assist the Process Lead in developing design principles for the future state process
  • Contribute to the creation of process flows, user stories, and functional requirements
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure new processes meet business needs and Workday capabilities
  • Develop detailed test plans and test cases for new functionalities
  • Create test templates for various scenarios and user groups
  • Coordinate and facilitate testing activities across different teams and regions
  • Document and track issues, ensuring proper resolution and retesting
  • Liaise between technical teams, HR operations, and business stakeholders
  • Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and validate solutions
  • Prepare and deliver presentations to various stakeholder groups
  • Maintain project documentation, including requirements, design documents, and process maps
  • Support Project Manager producing regular status reports and updates
  • Develop user guides and training materials for new processes and functionalities
  • Support design, implementation of mechanisms and analysis to track post-implementation process metrics
  • Prepare benefit realization reports comparing baseline metrics to post-implementation results

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Information Systems, or related field
  • 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in HR technology projects
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in process mapping and requirements gathering techniques
  • Experience with Workday or similar HRIS systems
