The Role
As Quality Assurance Co‑ordinator, you will be responsible for monitoring performance against defined quality standards, conducting structured audits, analysing data and working closely with teams to support ongoing improvements.
Key Responsibilities
- Conducting regular and monthly audits using a structured scorecard methodology
- Ensuring adherence to internal quality standards and relevant industry requirements
- Providing clear, balanced and constructive feedback based on audit outcomes
- Working collaboratively with stakeholders to implement quality improvements and best practice
- Collecting, analysing and reporting quality data to support regulatory and policy requirements
- Maintaining accurate records, MI and quality documentation
- Supporting continuous improvement initiatives across the business
Candidate Requirements
Essential
- Proven experience in a Quality Assurance or Quality Control role
- Strong track record of consistently meeting daily, weekly and monthly targets
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong analytical capability with the ability to interpret data accurately
- Exceptional attention to detail and a high standard of accuracy
- Confident decision‑making skills, supported by evidence and data
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment
- Strong IT skills, particularly Microsoft Excel
- A collaborative, team‑oriented working style
Desirable
- Knowledge of FCA regulations, particularly within motor finance or regulated environments
- Experience providing outcome‑based feedback to a range of stakeholders
- Previous use of a Quality Management System
Working Pattern & Flexibility
The standard office hours are:
- Monday to Thursday: 08:00 - 16:00 (30‑minute lunch)
- Friday: 08:00 - 13:00
However, the organisation offers genuine flexibility, including:
- Flex‑time start between 07:00 and 11:00, subject to business requirements
- The option to request up to 2 days working from home per week, where operationally feasible
