We have a great hybrid opportunity for an Assistant Accountant to join a growing exciting company based in Poole. Work in a very supportive and friendly team, which promotes development and progression.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review, prepare and analysis of the month-end management accounts
- Manage intercompany transactions, including invoicing, reconciliations, and resolving discrepancies to ensure accurate financial reporting across entities.
- Assist with year-end accounts preparation
- Prepare and post journal entries
- Conduct regular reconciliations of balance sheet accounts
- Quarterly VAT return preparation and submission to HMRC
Requirements:
- Part-qualified or looking to study - ACCA or CIMA
- Automotive would be an advantage, but is not essential
