A fantastic role has arisen for a Finance Analyst to join a renowned FMCG company based in Greenford. This role is pivotal in ensuring that all overhead expenditures across the UK are thoroughly understood, scrutinised, and managed effectively. Responsibilities:

  • Lead the Overheads forecasting, budgeting, cost tracking and reporting processes
  • Business partner with Head of Department and Cost Centre holders
  • Budgeting and forecasting
  • Provide regular and ad hoc analysis on Overhead spends to key stakeholders
  • Drive and provide financial support on all Overhead related projects
  • Continually look for and challenge ways of reducing Overhead costs
  • Review and follow up on relevant monthly balance sheet reconciliations
  • Work with the Tax and other finance teams to ensure Intrastat, tax and other relevant external financial reporting is timely and accurate
  • Work with the Shared Service Centre (SSC) and business stakeholders to ensure appropriate processes are being followed and KPIs achieved for all SSC work associated with your areas of responsibility
  • Support the UK Finance Manager on financial audits, finance projects and other ad hoc work on a need basis
