A market leading technology plc group are seeking an accomplished and detail-oriented Financial Consolidations Manager to join the finance function of a leading UK PLC. This critical role offers the opportunity to oversee the group’s financial consolidation processes, ensure compliance with regulatory standards, and lead a high-performing team in delivering excellence in financial reporting. Key Responsibilities: As the Consolidations Manager , you will: Lead Group Consolidations: Oversee the accurate and timely preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual consolidated financial statements for the group in accordance with IFRS and UK GAAP.
