We are a fast-growing, luxury healthcare provider looking to expand our established team. We are looking for a Quality & Compliance Support to provide administrative and coordination support across quality assurance, compliance and governance within our care homes.

About the role

Working closely with the Head of Quality & Compliance, you will support a range of quality, compliance, audit and governance activities. You will collate and analyse information, maintain quality systems and dashboards, monitor actions and prepare clear reports to support effective decision-making and continuous improvement.

You will also support our homes with audits, quality improvement activities and preparation for CQC inspections and other regulatory visits, helping to ensure that documentation, evidence and compliance requirements are maintained.

Your role will include:

  • Supporting quality, compliance, governance, audits and incident administration.
  • Collating and analysing data and preparing reports, dashboards and KPI information.
  • Coordinating audits and monitoring quality improvement actions.
  • Supporting CQC inspections, regulatory visits and external requirements.
  • Recording and tracking actions arising from audits, incidents, complaints and feedback.
  • Supporting surveys and using feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Sharing lessons learned and good practice across the organisation.
  • Supporting colleagues with quality systems and electronic processes.

About you

We are looking for someone who is highly organised, detail-focused and confident working with data and information. You will be comfortable using spreadsheets, databases and IT systems and able to produce clear and accurate reports.

You will be a good communicator, able to build positive working relationships and manage competing priorities. You will be proactive, keen to learn and committed to maintaining high standards of safe, effective and person-centred care.

Ideally, you will have experience in an administrative, quality, compliance or audit role within health or social care, although training and support will be provided.

This is an excellent opportunity to develop your career within quality and compliance. You will work alongside experienced colleagues and gain valuable exposure to quality assurance, governance, audits and regulatory requirements, while making a genuine contribution to improving services and outcomes for our residents.

This role may be based at either St Neots or Welwyn Garden City. However, you will be required to travel to all of our homes, therefore a driving license and access to your own car is essential (mileage will be reimbursed).

If you are organised, analytical and passionate about quality, we would love to hear from you.

We don’t just accept difference, we welcome it. No matter what your sexual orientation, ethnicity, disability, gender identity, religion or any other characteristic, we welcome your application. As a team we actively celebrate, support and thrive on diversity for the benefit of our residents and staff, and we believe this creates an environment of empowerment and mutual respect and therefore excellence in care.

Successful applicants will be subject to a DBS check.
