We are recruiting on behalf of our client for an experienced Approved Electrician / Electrical Engineer to support reactive maintenance, planned works, and refurbishment projects across commercial sites.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out servicing, fault finding, repairs, and new installations
- Deliver maintenance and refurbishment works efficiently and safely
- Participate in the on-call rota
- Maintain accurate job records using PDA/tablet systems
- Ensure compliance with Health & Safety procedures at all times
- Work closely with clients and site teams to deliver projects on time and within budget
Essential Qualifications
- NVQ Level 2 or above in Electrical Installation
- CSCS Card
- Full UK Driving Licence (maximum 3 points)
- DBS check required prior to commencement
- IT literate and comfortable using PDA/tablet devices
Salary & Benefits
- £40,000p.a (Negotiable on experience)
- Paid travel time and overtime
- Overtime rates:
- 1.5x rate between 18:00 – 21:00
- 2x rate between 21:00 – 06:00 plus following day off
- On-call rota (1 in 6 weeks) with additional payments
- Company vehicle (fully maintained)
- Pension scheme
- 20 days holiday plus bank holidays
- Phone allowance
