We are looking on behalf of our client for a proactive Site Supervisor to support engineering service delivery across three MOD sites in the Wareham and surrounding area. Working closely with the Service Manager, you will oversee engineers and contractors, coordinate maintenance works, and ensure services are delivered safely, efficiently, and in line with client expectations.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate PPM, reactive, remedial, and quoted works
- Supervise engineers and contractors on day-to-day activities
- Monitor compliance, performance, and aged WIP
- Review RAMS and manage permit-to-work processes
- Maintain service records, reports, and KPI data
- Attend client meetings and support operational escalations
Requirements
- Experience in facilities management or engineering service delivery
- Good understanding of compliance and Health & Safety
- Familiarity with CAFM systems and PPM scheduling
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Full UK driving licence
