We are seeking an experienced Contracts Manager on behalf of our client, a well-established mechanical contracting business delivering projects across London and surrounding areas. Our client operates differently from many companies in the sector, giving their Contracts Managers a high level of autonomy and responsibility. The role offers the opportunity to manage projects, develop client relationships and build a portfolio of work. Projects include schools, universities, hospitals, prisons, local authorities and private clients, ranging from smaller works to high-value projects. The Role You will be responsible for: * Managing projects from tender through to completion * Producing valuations and additional works accounts * Managing and coordinating multiple trades * Client liaison and project meetings * Planning and coordinating works * Health & safety, manufacturer selection and value engineering * Developing and maintaining client relationships Salary: £60,000–£70,000 depending on experience Package: Company car, fuel and additional benefits Location: London & surrounding areas, with the client's new main office at Hillingdon House, Uxbridge.
