Marble Talent are recruiting on behalf of a nationwide company with offices across the UK. Their Utility Surveying team is expanding rapidly and taking on more projects nationwide — so they are always looking for experienced Utility Surveyors to join their growing team. There would be a requirement for the successful candidate to visit our clients office in Portsmouth on a regualr basis when not onsite. Remote working will also be available too. Key Duties and Responsibilities As a Utility Surveyor, you will: * Undertake utility clearance surveys, full utility mapping surveys, and PAS128 surveys on site. * Complete utility drawings and related office-based work. * Support occasional business development tasks. Ideal Candidate * Have a strong work ethic, be proactive, and demonstrate high attention to detail. * Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills. Technical Requirements: * Hold a full ProQual Level 3 Utility Mapping Surveyor qualification. * Be capable of using GPR, GPS, CAT, and Genny equipment. * Be able to carry out utility surveys independently, from start to finish. * Be experienced with PAS128 surveys. * Have sufficient knowledge of CAD software. * Be willing to travel nationwide, with some overnight stays required. * Be comfortable liaising with clients and site managers. * Be open to learning new skills, such as topographic surveys. * Have at least 1 year of experience carrying out utility surveys. * Be willing to work night and weekend shifts if required. Additional Requirements: * Must be eligible to work in the UK. * Must hold a full UK driving licence. * Flexibility to work away from home when projects require it. * Ability to undertake Topographical Surveys and CCTV Drainage Surveys is beneficial, but not essential.
