We are looking for an experienced Field Service Coffee Engineer to join our growing team, covering Hampshire and surrounding areas. The role involves servicing, maintaining and repairing a wide range of commercial coffee equipment including both bean-to-cup and traditional espresso machines across customer sites such as cafés, restaurants, offices and hospitality venues.

Key Responsibilities

  • Installation, servicing and repair of commercial coffee machines
  • Fault finding and preventative maintenance
  • Working on bean-to-cup and traditional espresso equipment
  • Delivering excellent customer service on-site
  • Managing van stock and service paperwork
  • Supporting customers with basic machine training where required

Requirements

  • Previous experience as a coffee engineer or similar field service role
  • Strong electrical and mechanical fault-finding skills
  • Experience with bean-to-cup and traditional machines
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Good communication and customer-facing skills
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently
