Marble Talent Group are seeking an experienced AC and Heating Engineer to join our clients mobile maintenance team. This is a varied role offering the opportunity to apply a broad range of technical skills across different working environments.
Responsibilities
- Fault finding and repair of heating systems
- Pipefitting
- Air conditioning installation, maintenance, and repair
- Plant room maintenance
- Commercial heating controls
- Plumbing maintenance
- Basic electrical fault finding and repairs
Candidate Requirements
- Valid F-Gas qualification
- Full UK manual driving licence
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Ability to work independently and use initiative
- Professional and confident communication skills
- Strong problem-solving ability
- Reliable and honest work ethic
- Willingness to develop skills and progress long-term
Travel, Equipment & Working Arrangements
This is a mobile position involving regular travel throughout the Midlands and surrounding regions. The successful candidate will:
- Participate in a mandatory on-call rota (Monday to Monday)
- Receive standby allowance and overtime pay when called out

- Company vehicle

- Tablet/PDA for job management and paperwork
- Ladders and testing equipment
- PPE and uniform
