We are recruiting for an experienced Business Development Manager to join a global coffee company.
This is a field-based role focused on generating new business and developing long-term customer relationships across the commercial coffee sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and win new business opportunities.
- Build and manage a strong sales pipeline.
- Conduct customer meetings and product demonstrations.
- Prepare quotations and negotiate contracts.
- Achieve sales targets and maintain CRM records.
- Personal Requirements
- Previous business development experience within the commercial coffee machine industry.
- Proven track record of winning new business.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to manage your own diary.
- Full UK Driving Licence.
This role is a national role so you must be prepared to travel.
Salary - £40,000k-50,000k + commission
