Marble Talent Group are currently recruiting for a Service Administrator to join their clients team in Wrotham Heath within Coffee Industry! Key Responsibilities * Plan, schedule, and coordinate engineer visits for installations, services, and breakdowns. * Act as the first point of contact for customer service calls and enquiries. * Liaise with engineers to maximise efficiency. * Process service reports and parts orders. Personal Requirements - * Experience in a Service Coordinator/Scheduler/Administrator role. * Ideally have experience within the coffee/hospitiality industry. * Strong organisation and communication skills. * Confident under pressure with good IT knowledge.
