The Role
We're recruiting for a Field Service Vending Engineer to join a well-established and growing business, covering customer sites across Essex and London. This is a field-based role where you'll be responsible for the service, maintenance and repair of a range of vending equipment, ensuring customers receive a first-class level of support and minimal downtime. If you have experience working on vending machines or similar electro-mechanical equipment and enjoy working independently, we'd love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
- Service, maintain and repair vending machines at customer sites.
- Diagnose and rectify electrical and mechanical faults.
- Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM).
- Respond to breakdowns efficiently and professionally.
- Maintain accurate service records and paperwork.
- Deliver excellent customer service while representing the company.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Field Service Engineer, Vending Engineer or similar.
- Strong fault-finding skills on electro-mechanical equipment.
- Good electrical and mechanical knowledge.
- Full UK driving licence.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage your own workload.
