Our client is a well-established specialist in commercial heating, ventilation, air conditioning and refrigeration, with over 50 years of industry experience. They are looking for an experienced Refrigeration Engineer to join their field-based team, covering commercial and industrial sites across the South of England. The successful candidate will be responsible for the service, maintenance, repair and commissioning of a range of refrigeration systems, including chillers, cold rooms, display cases and industrial refrigeration equipment. Key Responsibilities * Service, maintain and commission commercial and industrial refrigeration systems. * Carry out planned preventative maintenance and inspections. * Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical and refrigeration faults. * Fault-find compressors, condensers, evaporators and control systems. * Attend breakdowns and service calls, minimising customer downtime. * Carry out refrigerant leak detection and repairs in line with F-Gas regulations. * Replace faulty components and ensure systems operate efficiently. * Complete service reports, timesheets and refrigerant logs. * Provide technical advice and support to customers. * Maintain high standards of health and safety and customer service.
