The Role You will join a small team of experienced engineers based in and around Berkshire, providing a high-quality service to customers across the region. As an Industrial Door Engineer, your responsibilities will include: Carrying out site surveys and assessing customer requirements Attending customer call-outs to diagnose faults and breakdowns Completing repairs and remedial works on customer sites Carrying out planned preventative maintenance and servicing Installing industrial door systems Diagnosing mechanical and electrical faults Providing professional, reliable and friendly customer service Maintaining consistently high standards of workmanship and safety Completing service reports and relevant documentation accurately What We're Looking For We're looking for an experienced engineer with a strong background in industrial doors who takes pride in delivering excellent workmanship and customer service.
