Experienced Air Conditioning Engineer
Facilities Management Company
Location: Swindon, Reading, Southampton, Oxford (and surrounding areas)
Salary: £42,000 – £45,000 per annum
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
We are currently recruiting an experienced Air Conditioning Engineer to join a well-established Facilities Management company covering the South and South East regions.
The Role
- Predominantly service and maintenance work on air conditioning systems
- Occasional small installation works
- Working across commercial FM sites
- Travel within the listed locations and surrounding areas
Working Hours & Overtime
- Standard working hours apply
- Double time paid on bank holidays
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Air Conditioning Engineer within an FM or commercial environment
- F-Gas qualified – minimum Level 2 (Level 3 preferred)
- Good working knowledge of electrical, mechanical and basic plumbing systems
- Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills
- Full UK driving licence
- Ability to work independently and professionally on client sites
