We are looking for an organised and proactive Project Administrator to join a growing M&E business. You’ll provide administrative support to the Construction and Commissioning teams, helping ensure projects run smoothly and documentation is kept accurate and up to date. Key Responsibilities * Managing project documentation and records. * Coordinating drawings, RFIs, RFAs and technical submissions. * Maintaining project trackers and schedules. * Preparing reports and meeting minutes. * Supporting project meetings, handovers and commissioning. * Coordinating O&M manuals, testing records and certification. * Liaising with engineers, subcontractors and clients. About You * Strong administration and organisational skills. * Excellent communication and attention to detail. * Confident using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word. * Able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. * Proactive, reliable and self-motivated.
