Marble Talent Group are currently recruiting for a Parts Manager for our client based in Leighton Buzzard! For this role, you will be an integral part of the operational side of the business. Working closely with the Service Manager and office staff to ensure parts are procured for the business to minimise turnaround time on equipment. Job Responsibilities: * Maintaining accurate inventory levels and ensuring that stock is not overstocked or out of. * Source parts from existing suppliers or proactively onboard new suppliers. * Ensure quality remains consistent for parts ordered. * Build and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers. * Monitor spending including cost control and planning. * Work closely with maintenance team to make sure they have parts needed. * Maintain detailed records of inventory. Candidate Requirements: * 3+ years working within parts * Great negotiation skills. * Computer literate, previous experience using various CRMs. * Full UK driving license.
