Marble Talent are recruiting for multiple Asbestos Surveyors and Dual Skilled Surveyor/Analysts across the North West on behalf of a leading UKAS-accredited asbestos consultancy. We are looking for both qualified Surveyors and Dual Skilled professionals to support a busy workload across predominantly domestic projects, with some commercial surveying work included.

The Role

  • Undertake Management, Refurbishment and Demolition Surveys
  • Carry out air monitoring, four-stage clearances and analytical duties (for dual-skilled candidates)
  • Survey a mixture of domestic and commercial properties
  • Produce detailed reports and site documentation using digital reporting systems
  • Ensure all work is completed in accordance with HSG264, HSG248 and UKAS requirements
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships

Requirements

  • For Surveyor positions: BOHS P402 qualification, Minimum 1 year's asbestos surveying experience
  • For Dual Skilled positions: BOHS P402, P403 and P404 qualifications, Experience carrying out both surveying and analytical duties
  • For all applicants: Full UK driving licence, Good knowledge of asbestos legislation and industry standards, Strong communication and organisational skills, Flexible approach to travel and occasional out-of-hours work
