Mobile Power Take Off Engineer (HGV)

Marble Talent Group are currently recruiting for a Mobile Power Take Off Engineer to cover the Basingstoke area! This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled technician with experience in HGVs, PTO systems, and vehicle-mounted hydraulic, electric, compressed air, and high-pressure water systems. Job Responsibilities Diagnose, maintain, and repair vehicle-mounted PTO systems, including hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical components. Work with a range of vehicle-mounted systems, including compressed air, hydraulic systems, electric systems, and high-pressure water equipment. Perform scheduled servicing and reactive maintenance on HGVs and other commercial vehicles. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues on-site, ensuring minimal downtime for customers. Provide exceptional customer service while working in a mobile capacity, travelling to client sites as required. Personal Requirements Previous experience as an HGV Technician, with a focus on PTO systems or similar mechanical systems. Strong technical knowledge and hands-on experience with vehicle-mounted systems, including: Hydraulic systems Pneumatic/compressed air systems Electric vehicle systems High-pressure water systems A full UK driving license. Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude. Relevant certifications or qualifications in vehicle maintenance or hydraulic/electrical systems (desirable).
