Marble Talent Group are seeking a motivated and capable Mechanical Project Manager to join our clients growing team. This is a permanent position based in or near Birmingham, working on a diverse portfolio of projects across the UK, including retail, leisure, healthcare, office developments, and commercial premises. Key Responsibilities * Manage mechanical projects from inception through to completion * Undertake design and estimation of mechanical building services systems * Oversee project delivery, ensuring quality, cost, and time objectives are met * Liaise effectively with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers * Report regularly on project progress to Directors * Coordinate and manage multiple projects nationwide * Ensure compliance with relevant standards, regulations, and company procedures Candidate Requirements Essential: * Qualification to ONC/HNC level in Building Services (or equivalent) * Proficiency in AutoCAD * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to manage workload independently and proactively * Full UK Driving Licence * Willingness to travel across the UK as required Desirable: * Experience in sectors such as retail, healthcare, leisure, or commercial developments * Previous experience in both design and project management * Strong commercial awareness and project costing experience Personal Attributes * Self-motivated and organised * Strong problem-solving skills * Professional and confident when dealing with stakeholders * Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Salary & Benefits * Competitive salary (negotiable based on experience) * Company vehicle or car allowance * Opportunity to work on diverse and high-profile projects nationwide About Marble Talent As engineering recruitment specialists, we pride ourselves on the ability to turn aspiring candidates at the beginning, middle or towards the end of their engineering careers into successful, professional engineers place at the right companies.
