We are currently seeking an experienced Senior Coffee Engineer to join a well-established and growing service team covering London. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled engineer with experience working on both traditional espresso machines and bean-to-cup coffee equipment, looking to progress within a senior role offering strong earning potential through overtime and career stability.
The Role
You will be responsible for the installation, service, maintenance, and repair of a wide range of commercial coffee machines across customer sites including cafés, restaurants, hotels, offices, and hospitality venues.
Key Responsibilities
- Service and repair of traditional and bean-to-cup coffee machines
- Fault finding, diagnostics, and preventative maintenance
- Installation and commissioning of coffee equipment
- Delivering high levels of customer service on-site
- Managing workload effectively across the London area
- Supporting junior engineers where required
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Coffee Engineer
- Strong knowledge of both traditional espresso and bean-to-cup machines
- Excellent fault-finding and diagnostic skills
- Full UK driving licence
- Strong customer-facing and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule
