We’re looking for an experienced Mechanical Project Manager to join an M&E business and take responsibility for delivering high-value mechanical projects from initial planning through to successful completion. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven Project Manager who enjoys taking ownership of projects, working closely with clients and leading multidisciplinary teams. Key Responsibilities * Managing mechanical projects from inception to completion. * Developing and managing project programmes, budgets and schedules. * Coordinating clients, engineers, subcontractors and suppliers. * Monitoring site progress, quality and health & safety. * Managing project risks and implementing mitigation plans. * Overseeing costs and maintaining strong commercial control. * Producing project reports and providing regular updates. * Building strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders. * Managing multiple projects and priorities effectively. Requirements * Proven experience managing Mechanical or M&E projects. * Strong project planning and organisational skills. * Excellent leadership and communication abilities. * Good commercial awareness and cost-control experience. * Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills. * HNC/HND/Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Building Services or equivalent industry experience. * SMSTS and CSCS. * Full UK Driving Licence. Desirable: IOSH/NEBOSH, PRINCE2/APM qualifications, CIBSE/IMechE membership, First Aid and Asbestos Awareness.
