The Role * Service, maintain and repair commercial catering equipment. * Carry out fault-finding and diagnostics on a range of equipment. * Complete planned preventative maintenance and reactive breakdown repairs. * Ensure all work is completed safely and to a high standard. * Provide excellent customer service across commercial customer sites throughout London. * Complete service reports and maintenance records. * Participate in a call-out rota.
