Service Coordinator in Heanor

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Service Coordinator to join a business within the material handling industry in Heanor. This is a busy and varied role, responsible for coordinating engineers, scheduling planned and reactive work, managing customer enquiries and ensuring jobs are completed efficiently and on time. Key Responsibilities - * Coordinate and schedule a team of field-based engineers * Manage planned and reactive service and maintenance bookings * Liaise with customers regarding appointments, updates and queries * Monitor engineer workloads, job progress and timesheets * Raise quotations, purchase orders and service documentation * Work closely with engineers and internal departments to ensure smooth operations Personal Requirement - * Previous experience in a Service Coordinator, Service Administrator or similar position * Experience within material handling, forklifts, plant, powered access or engineering would be advantageous * Strong organisational and communication skills * Ability to manage a busy workload and prioritise effectively * Confident dealing with customers, engineers and internal teams * Good IT and administration skills For more information, apply today and I will get in touch!
